I had a chance to respond to Susanne's Open Court Reading forum. I can see that this is a great way to post new information and receive help from others on a topic. For example, I need help figuring out what and where to buy an adapter for my iPod to use in my car. Not the one for the cigarette lighter, but one for new cars that are already set up to listen to an MP3 player. Perhaps this would be a new forum?
I can't think of how I would use Moodle with third graders except to set up some extra credit. This would have to be a summer project for me.

Hi Guys,
I had a chance to take a mini course session during our inservice day. I learned and tried out changing and adding to a post. I had a chance to add pictures and also add text to the pictures. We also added a UTube video to the website called The Little Red Wagon. It was pretty interesting. I was also exposed to wikis when we all worked on meeting norms. That was a great way to have input in a safe way!
